Your Insurance Company will normally accept the cheapest estimate. We are an Insurance Approved Building Repairs Contractor and we only carry out Insurance repairs. Our surveyor will assess your repair claim and rarely overlook items that needs repairing. When comparing estimates it is often the case that some items that should have been repaired have not been included in order for a company to supply the cheapest quote. Once your Insurance Company has accepted the cheapest estimate their liability ends and you are left with a repair that may not be inclusive or more importantly probably not guaranteed.
To avoid this situation we can often arrange for you to sign a mandate form which would allow with your permission, us to liaise direct with your Insurance Company and arrange all repairs. This avoids you having to get alternative quotes and we can deal with all the stresses of dealing directly. In our experience we can substantially reduce the claim length. We provide a full repair service which includes property drying out after water damage, asbestos testing, full repairs of any insurance claim and we use our own staff. This avoids you having to deal with multiple contractors.
We are also happy to where possible to price match a quote to your insurance company or to follow a pricing schedule set up by insurance companies.

Once the works are authorised our staff will begin the process of returning your site to a pristine condition
- High-speed drying of water and flood damage
- Assess what items are recoverable or repairable.
- Remove and dispose of damaged items
- If required repair the item that caused the loss
- Commence repairs including full redecoration
- Other damage repairs including electrical and plumbing
- Collect payment direct from your insurance company minus excess
